Argh...so it's been so long since I last checked in. Phooey! My life has still being dealing with weight loss though...slowly I might add. The month of June I set some goals, stuck to them, and lost about 5lbs. Yay me! I decided to do the same for July...set some goals and I've been doing well, except last week I was thrown for a loop and got off track. UNFORTUNATELY I ate poorly (comfort foods anyone?!) and I was set back a little. I'm still not weighing until next week though, and then I'm undecided if I will weigh anymore in August, or just wait until Sept again? I have a few days to think of it though.
The monthly menu planning works well though, and I have less stress over it. So again, I'll do that :)
I'm going to Vegas in 7 weeks to watch one of my besties get married. I so have some clothes I really want to get into for then, but I'm not 100% sure I'll make it. I will try my hardest though. If I lose 2lbs/week I should get pretty darn close!!!
